Throw a club from sitting. To experience a Paralympic field sport.

Field, club, tape measure, chair.
Or large space, rolled newspaper, tape measure, chair

Instructions

Competetor sits in chair either facing forwards or backwards, holding club.
If facing forwards throws the club forwards as far as possible using over arm action.
If facing backwards throws the club over shoulder as far as possible.
1 - 3 attempts.
