Instructions

Beavers sit cross legged in a circle. Start the rhythm by hands on knees, then clap then one thumb over shoulder then other thumb, so "knees, clap, thumb, thumb, knees, clap, thumb, thumb". Then make up new rhythms together, or get faster and slower ones going.
