Instructions

Divide the scouts or explorers into 4 groups
One group is a developed country which has manufacturing capability but no raw
materials
Three other groups represent three different under developed countries. These have
no manufacturing capability but each has different raw materials.
Leaders are the World Bank who can buy manufactured items, loan money, demand
cost of living payment.
Trade may occur between any countries and / or bank.
Briefs for each team in attachments

Allow time at the end of the activity to discuss issues of world trade.
If everyone has worked well together ALL countries should have more wealth at the
end of the game
