Plan menu to cook and Weekend camp menu and discuss shopping, transport and storage of food.
Meal Menu must meet the below criteria
for a three-course meal for two to four people, to include the following menu items:
• two cooked dishes
• a cake or pastry dish
• two sauces such as Mornay, apple, curry, mustard, parsley, chocolate, custard etc
