Prepare the ingredients to make different combinations of smoothies - (original author suggested: possibly get local smoothie company in to run)

Resources

Fruit (and some veg)
blender or hand blender
Small 'shot' size plastic glasses for tasting

Instructions

Cubs can prepare the fruit and veg - importance of hand washing
Put combinations together and taste
Comment sheets for each combination

for Beavers: Have fruit already cut up. Use sticky dots or sticky notes to vote for favourite combo on a big chart
Best/Easiest recipe: 1 fresh banana, 5 frozen strawberries, squidge of honey, 1/2 c milk, a tablespoon or so of apple juice
