Making Fajitas to eat!
Per Group of 6:
3 Chicken Breasts (diced)
2 Peppers (in strips)
1 Onion (chopped)
Equipment: Frying Pan
Add oil to the frying pan and brown the onion and chicken.
Then add the peppers.
Once cooked and softened, add fajita spices.
Serve on tortilla with salad and sauce.
Note: Vegetarians will need a Quorn option
