Anchors Crab ball Game, 2 teams or 4 Teams in the crab position!

Resources

* Goals Two or Four Chairs/cones (depending upon either 2 or 4 teams)
* One foam ball
* Coloured vests appropriate to team colours

Instructions

Set up a goal at each end of the room. Drop the ball into the middle. Anchors must try to score by dribbling - 'crabing' the ball into another team's goal. Everyone plays in the crab position, sin bin for repeat offenders. Passing, moving the ball with just hand or foot.
