Rolling decorated hard boiled eggs down a chute to see whose egg rolls the furthest

Two Hard boiled eggs (one is a spare) paints and pens.

Instructions

Cubs decorate their hard boiled egg in any design they like. It always helps to get them to bring a spare because they either break the egg or don't like their first attempt. When the eggs are decorated put them to one side for judging. Create a small chute. We usually use a short length of guttering propt up at one end by a chair. The cubs then take it in turns to roll the egg down the chute and see which egg rolls the furthest. We normally give an easter egg as a prize for the best decorated agg and one for the egg that rolls the furthest.
