Moving from Beavers to Cubs/Cubs to Scouts

Large piece of blue material

Instructions

Beavers and their leaders form a horseshoe one end of hall.
Cubs and Leaders form horseshoe at other end with flag
Leaders or beavers hold large piece of blue material between the two sections
BSL awards moving on badge and any other outstanding badges to beavers who are moving on
Beavers say goodbye
Beaver(s) moving up go under the blue material one by one and change tops from beaver to cubs whilst leaders 'waft' the material
When all beavers have emerged they are welcomed by Cub Leader and invested into cubs
