2 identical buckets for each team, one filled with water; a supply of plastic cups

Instructions

Any number of teams can compete. Each team lines up in single file, with a bucket of water at one end of the line and an empty bucket at the other. Each team member has a cup. The object is to pass the water by transferring it from one cup to another down the line. The team to get the most water into the empty bucket is the winner.
