Instructions

Scouts are shown how to use Talk, Reach, throw system for shoreside safe rescue. Half of Scouts in the water as casualties the other half as rescuers. Explain the different methods available and how they can use everyday objects to rescue someone. Invite local lifeguards and/or Coastguard to help.
