To grow Watercress in four different environments.

Resources

Plastic cups, Cotton wool/kitchen roll, Watercress seeds, Water & sticky labels to name cups, record form.

Instructions

Put cotton wool inside the plastic cup. Dampen it with some water.
Sprinkle a generous amount of watercress seeds onto the cotton wool.
Place your cup on: 1) a windowsill and water each day.
2) Airing cupboard and water each day.
3) a window sill without water.
4) airing cupboard without water.
After about a week report back how the watercress has grown.
