Resources

Give each group about 40 straws, 20 yellow, 10 red, 5 blue, 3 green and 2 white. Each colour has a different score, yellow 3, red 5, blue 10, green 15, white 20

Instructions

Divide the Colony into small groups of about 4 – 6 and spread them out
Give each group about 40 straws, 20 yellow, 10 red, 5 blue, 3 green and 2 white. Each colour has a different score, yellow 3, red 5, blue 10, green 15, white 20
One Beaver Scout in each group gathers the straws in their hand and mixes them up and then holding them vertically about 5 cm of the ground releases them so they fall haphazardly on the ground
Each Beaver Scout takes it in turns to take a straw with out moving any of the others.
If they move any other straws than the one they are picking up they have to miss a go
