1 ball and a whistle - use more balls if many cubs

Instructions

Give the ball to one cub and on 'go' the cub must pass (not throw) the ball to another cub as the leader counts down from 10 to 1. At 1 the leader blows the whistle. Whoever is left with the ball when the whistle blows is out. If a cub is touched with the ball, they must pick the ball up. The ball is thrown out again until one cub is left.
