Taken from Sainsbury's Active Kids 1 Minute Challenge. How many times can you hit the target in 1 minute.

Resources

Bean bags/balls or scrunched up paper & a target (hoop on the floor/target on the wall/chalk circle/bucket)

Instructions

Playing in pairs or teams, assign a thrower and a collector. The aim is to count how many times the thrower can hit the target in one minute. Repeat for the whole team/individual challenges. Challenge can be altered to different targets/different throwing methods eg over arm/rolling/chest pass/backwards. Change weight of the object lighter/heavier
