Brief guide to varies camp gadgets each patrol needs to make on a Greenfield Camp

Pioneering Poles, Broom Handles, Rope, String, Tarpaulin, anything else they can think of!

Instructions

Ask each patrol to develop a list of what they believe would be a useful gadget on camp. Usual ideas include;
Washer/Dresser
Shoe Rack
Hanging Larder
Patrol Flag Pole
Wood Pile support/cover
Dry waste
Wet Waste.

Go through each of the items they suggest identifying the basic skills required - normally knots and lashings.

Get each patrol to practice the lashing they need and develop a plan for each of their gadgets for when they arrive on camp.
