Backwoods Cooking, Stuffed Tomatoes
Fire pit, tomatoes, rice, chesse, foil
Make a pan out of tin foil and cook the rice on a fire. While the rice is cooking chop the top off the tomatoes and hollow out. Grate the cheese. Once the rice is cooked remove from the fire and drain off. Mix the cheese and rice and stuff into the tomatoes. Put the tops back on and wrap in three layers of foil. Put in the fire to heat through.
