Carefully remove the stem of the pepper and hollow it out. Mix the mince meat and bread crumbs, add either some tobasco or some ketchup. Stuff the mixture into the peppers. Replace the stem and wrap in three layers of foil. Place in the embers to cook for thirty minutes.
