For DIY Cake Mix:
Mix all the ingredients together to a smooth and thick consistency.
Add equal amounts of cake mix to each orange.
Replace the lid, fix with cocktail stick or sharpened thin twigs, and place in embers and bury them - the cakes should be done in 10-15 minutes.
Large, thick oranges are the best - the thin skinned ones fall apart.
