Children learn the signs for different animals in sign language and then play snap using the knowledge

Resources

Animal Reference Sheet, Animal BSL Snap (enough sets for 1v1 or 2v2)

Instructions

) Teach the children the signs for the animals, introducing a new sign each time, and repeating and testing for the previous ones.
2) Either 1v1 or 2v2 get the children to play snap, having to match the picture of the animal to the sign of the animal. Depending how quick this is you could then mix the children up so they play verses a new person/pair.
