Description

An outside game where 2 teams need to get the water from one bucket to the other at the end of the assault course.

Resources

For each team, a jug, basin, a couple of cones as markers, rope, football, bean bag, some marker cones

Instructions

In teams, the first person fills their jug from the full basin, then runs with a bean bag on their head until they get to the first marker. At the next marker, they then dribble with a ball to the next marker, then limbo dance under a low strung rope.Any water left should now be emptied into the basin at the far end.They then run back to the beginning and tag the next player in their team.
