Bases for the Fitness Challenge

Stopwatches, Skipping Ropes, Scooters, Marker Cones

Instructions

Cubs rotate in bases, completing the exercises and recording their scores in their fitness diaries.

Base 1: Agility Course - complete as quickly as possible (5 second penalty for each time they fall off)
Base 2: Skipping - how many skips they can do in 1 minute (split the cubs into pairs - 1 skipping and 1 counting)
Base 3: Scooter Race - time the Cubs as the scoot around an agreed course
