Balloons, newspaper, glue, glue trays, labels, string, aprons, pots to sit them in

Instructions

Blow up a balloon for each Beaver. Rip newspaper (coming in activity) and write a label. Dip newspaper bits into glue and lay on balloon until covered completely. Leave to dry for one week. paint with white emulsion and then decorate however you like!
