Easy to make Ghost cakes
cup cakes or mini rolls, white royal icing, black royal icing
If using a cup cake, turn it upside down. If using a mini roll turn it on it's side (you may need to cut the bottom flat so that it will stand). Take a piece of icing, roll it out and cut out a circle. Drape the icing over the cake then use the black icing to add eyes and mouth, stick them on using a bit of water.
