Hold your very own ‘Essex has Talent’ show – individual Explorers or groups to perform for the Unit. You could hold a larger event with other Units in the District or neighbouring Districts. (You could invite the District Explorer Scout Commissioner or Assistant County Commissioner (Explorer Scouts) to sit on the judging panel).

Hold a talent show with the Explorers showing off their talents.

This could be anything from singing, dancing, juggling, playing an instrument or telling jokes.

You could incorporate buzzers if the act wasn't any good.

Information: You could invite people from the District to be judges e.g. District Commissioner or District Explorer Scout Commissioner etc.
