Instructions

each section to be given a different colored pad of post it notes,
each section to walk around the meeting hall looking for all hazards, when a hazard is found they should stick one of their post it notes on it , the continue looking for more.
at the end of the evening the group should disused what they have found and any issues that are found and deemed an issue should be reported and dealt with
