Description

Experiment with Icing Sugar and water to make a paste to stick together meringue and biscuits and decorate with chocolate bits

Resources

Rich Tea Biscuits
mini meringues
chocolate bits
icing sugar
water
consumables to work on and to take home finished biscuits, ie paper plate, small dishes, small spoons

Instructions

Demonstrate how icing sugar and water mix, do this on a paper plate or similar
When icing suger looks like paste use the back of the spoon to spread on the biscuit
Spread icing sugar on the meringue
place the meringue on the biscuit and place in a small dish
Finally sprinkle chocolate bits over both the meringue and biscuit.
