Make a Friendship Bracelet

Resources

Lots of strands of wool in various colours. Pre cut to lengths allowing for weaving / plaiting etc and to go around a Beavers wrist.
Scissors

Instructions

Set up some tables with the wool strands on them.
Have some previous examples ready for Beavers to see.
Demonstrate simple weaving / plaiting actions.
Ask Beavers to make at least one friendship bracelet.
Nominate pairs (and group of three) to exchange bracelets when made.
Beavers may need adult help to not ends together and to attach the bracelet on their friends wrist.
