Description

Cold Spring Rolls that can be made and eaten on the night. Or cooked in 10 minutes


Resources

Sliced veg i.e. Cucumber, Pepper, Carrots, Spring Onion, Meat ie sliced chicken, ham. Rice Papers,

Chinese dips sweet chilli sauce, hoi sin or soy sauce

2nd Option (Cooked)
Swap Rice paper for Filo Pastry, drop the cucumber then place in oven for 10 minutes.

Instructions

Dip a rice paper in water then when soft wrap up your selection of meat and veg. Dip and eat

2nd Option
Using the Filo Pastry place the cut ingredients in, roll and bake. Once cooked, dip and eat
