Heart shaped cushions, balloons or cardboard hearts

Instructions

Divide the group into teams. Teams form lines and the person at the front tucks a cardboard heart/heart cushion between their knees. They have to cross the room without dropping the heart, come back to their line and pass the heart to the next player. If you're running this as part of a heart or fitness themed session, Beavers can take their heart rate before and after the exercise to compare.
