A variation on Kim's Game that fits in nicely with the Fitness Challenge and can be used as a starter for Global Challenge Activities too.


White paper
Colouring pencils
Felt tip pens
Up to 24 different types of fruit and vegetables


Fill a tray up with up to 24 types of fruit and vegetables (Potato, Tomato, Apple etc)
Get the group to look at it for 2 minutes. After they have done so, cover the tray up, given them a piece of paper and let them see how many things they can recall. If you have young people who struggle with writing they can draw pictures instead
Check how many the young people have remembered
At the end of the activity, hold discussion about healthy eating
