Gather apples (ideally windfalls), cut up and put through fruit press to make juice

Apple press, safe knives, chopping board, apples! If you're in a village, it's often possible to borrow a press for the night.

Instructions

Works best in Autumn when there are plenty of spare apples. Presses work best with cut up apples - it's worth getting one lodge cutting apples while the other is turning the press to keep the supply going.
