Last years Guide Guidelines document
Talk new girls through what Guide Guidlines are, Read out current Guidelines/rules, and explain that the rules were drawn up by previous years Guides and the Leader team, to establish a code of conduct which the Guides have agreed to adhere to during our meetings. The document also contains a list of likes and dislikes, - these are activities and events that the Girls have really liked or disliked over the last year or so.
Get girls to comment, add and remove rules likes and dislikes
the document is then updated electronically and brought to the next meeting, so each patrol can add their signatures and the document is then kept until the next year, and a copy of it displayed on the Guide notice board.
We have also thought that it would be useful if we could print a smaller version so the girls can put it in their G file.
