What Am I Good At?
Team building game to make scouts think about what they're good at and to get to know each other
Paper & pen per person
In patrols, tell each scout to write down 5-10 things that they are good at (maybe scouting things only) and to put their name on the paper.
The leader should gather in the papers and read through each scout's skills, one at a time. The other scouts have to guess who is being described - first person to guess wins, but each person is only allowed one guess.
This activity should help the PLs discover what their scouts are good at. You could equally repeat this for things the scouts like, don't like, are bad at etc...
