Description

Create a friendship knot pin badge to gift to a friend or use to swap on a camp to make new friends.

Resources

Safety Pin x1
10cm piece of ribbon x2 (2 different colours)
Hot Glue Gun

Instructions

a. Start with your two pieces of ribbon, make a cross right sides down. Fold the ends of the bottom ribbon over the top ribbon as indicated in diagram a

b. Fold the ends of the top ribbon over the bottom and under the loops formed in step a. (as indicated by the arrows in the diagram b)

c. Pull all four ends evenly.

d. The completed knot should look like diagram d. Hot glue a safety pin to the back. You may want to use a match to melt the ends of the ribbons so they don't fray.
