Talk about guide dogs

- A person who is blind will sometimes have a Guide Dog. A

Guide Dog is a very special dog and helps people who cannot see by being their

“eyes” They will guide their owner in a straight line until told otherwise. When a

Guide Dog is “working” they wear a special harness. One of the most important rules

for a Guide Dog is not being distracted by anything. They shouldn’t be petted or

given treats unless their owner/handler says it’s ok.
