Running game to encourage healthy eating
1. The Players stand in a circle. Each player is given the name of one of 5
2. When the Leader calls out the ingredients the players with that
name change places.
3. When she calls “Tossed Salad” everyone changes places.
4. When she calls “Salad Dressing” nobody moves. If anybody moves
she has to hold her hand behind her back for the rest of the game.
