Instructions

Namaste: an action to show respect. You join both hands in front of the body with

palms together and fingers pointing upwards and bend slightly at the waist.

o Ballet: Place your hands on your hips and stand on your toes

o Dancing girl: Your left hand goes up, your right hand goes down, and you smile

o Demonstrate the actions in sequence to the Ladybirds and then arrange them in a

circle.

o Practise doing the three moves again. If you have music put it on here and everyone

can do the moves together.
