The participants will take a look at what is inside the computer itself.

Resources

This will require a dead or old machine, as one cannot guarantee the state it will end up after being handled and dissected by Cubs, Beavers & especially Scouts!

Instructions

Take the side of the machine and get the Cubs to identify the components and take them out of the machine. Get them to examine the components and see if they can describe how they function. Then see if they can reassemble it.
