Team collects egg halves, puts them together & identifies letter on reverse. Use letters to spell out a word

Resources

Set of eggs in 4 colours - 6 or 12 per colour. Each egg has a letter on reverse to spell out the words EASTER, CHICKS, RABBIT etc and has been cut in half with a jigsaw style cut.

Instructions

Half eggs are spread around the HQ. Beavers work in their lodges/team to collect a particular colour - taking them back to their base. When all 12 or 24 pieces have been found they fit the halves together to make whole eggs & then turns them over to see the letter. They then move the eggs to spell out the word or words. First team to finish sits down with hands up.
