Leaders with FA qualifications and a safe outdoor area

Instructions

Each leader is given one of the badge requirement parts ie burns, CPR, bleeds as a base. They then hide in the safe area with their condition. Scouts in patrols have to find them, learn, treat, ask questions. Have done 3 times now each time in January in the cold and dark. No FA kits as emphasing pratical situations. Role play certainly adds to the fun and the understanding that lying on cold ground is an issue. Follow up in indoors with test or badge if scouts have learnt to level of requirement required.
