Instructions

Give each Beaver an a set of sheets, a pair of scissors and access to glue. They need to look at the scenarios and decide if they would carry out first aid or call on one or more of the emergency services. There are pictures of an ambulance, fire engine, police car, coastguard and a first aid box. There are no clear right or wrong answers, and this should be used as a basis for discussion.
