Pancakes cooked outside on a wood fire

Frying pan,
Cooking Oil,
2x Eggs,
200g of Plain flower
Tb Spoon of Salt
1pt of Milk
Bowl and plastic fork/ whisk
Fish slice/ spatula

Fillings such as golden syrup, sugar, lemon juice, chocolate syrups etc
Plates
Forks

Matches and dry kindling

Instructions

Two scouts/ Explorers to wash hands and prepare batter, 1 egg, 100g of flour, 1/2 pint of milk is enough for 6 pancakes.

The rest of the unit/ patrol to make a fire, prepare somewhere to lay out the fillings

The fire wants to be of a good heat to keep the pancakes cooking, so ensure you bring lots of dry kindling if it has rained.
