How will the Cubs cope when stripped of their senses? Will they have the courage to carry on in this challenging blindfold task?

Resources

Long length of thick strong rope/string

Instructions

1. Lay out a trail with the rope that goes around trees, under/over obstacles, etc
2. Let each Cub look at the route before they start then blindfold them and set them on their way.
3. Option : work in pairs with one Cub not blindfolded to encourage and help the other
4. Chat about what it must be like to walk around on a daily basis and not being able to see
