Instructions

Introduction
Have a ‘pow wow’ about the weather and what’s good about rain (e.g. in countries where it’s been very sunny for a long period of time and they need rain to grow crops) or what’s bad about rain (e.g. flooding causing damage to homes).

Instructions
Give each Brownie a template (provided in attached file) and ask them to keep track of the weather for a week to see how many days it is raining, sunny, windy etc.

Debrief
When the charts come back the following week see how many of the Brownies have recorded the same weather and discuss any differences. Can it rain in one spot and be sunny a few kilometres away be sunny?
