1 balloon per patrol

Instructions

Each patrol has to keep a balloon in the air for a target number of touches without letting it hit the ground.
No one can touch the ball twice in a row.
If the group meets the target, they can then set themselves an even higher number, or see how many touches they can accomplish before the ball hits the ground.
