Instructions

Talk about the importance of exercise. Teach the Beavers some basic exercises, eg warm-up, star jumps, running on the spot, stretches. More fun if done to music! This counts as one activity of Part 2 of My Skills Challenge.

Split the Beavers into small groups and teach them fold/roll their scarf, light a candle, tie shoelaces. These three activities complete part 5 of My Skills Challenge.

Choose two new games that the Beavers have not played before. Split the colony into two groups and teach each group a different game. Then get them to teach each other the game they have learnt. This completes part 1 of My Skills Challenge.
