Description
Cubs to work in Sixes to design a sport adapted to allow a disabled person to participate
Resources
As many items of play/games equipment as possible eg; skittles, hoops, ropes, balls, chalk etc; paper and pens
Instructions
Give each Six some paper and pens and ask them to spend 10 mintues sharing ideas. They should decide on what type of disablity their game would be appropriate for and what adaptations would need to be considered. They should then work together to make the game and spend some time trialing it. They need to make sure that they can explain the rules and scoring system. Each Six should then present their sport to the rest of the pack.
