Instructions

Candidate Guides build a poster and a campaign speech (2 min long) to put to the other Guides.
Voting cards are then completed by the Guides - collection done by the Members of Public (non-candidates)
Voting is done on majority preference
Power of veto is held by the Leaders should the nominated PL/APLs not fulfill their duties correctly - done after a 1 month probation period
