A fast paced relay with lots of ball combinations.

Resources

Balls
Cones/Chairs
Buckets/Boxes
Cards with various ball combinations, enough for a full set per team.

Instructions

OPTION 1
Split Scouts into equal teams.
First relay is a straight forward dribble to a chair and back.
Once back, next Scout takes over and dribbles the ball.
Play continues until all Scouts have been and are sat in straight line.

Variations include;
Ball between knees.
Bouncing ball (basketball style)
Bouncing ball with alternate hands
Dribble around cones/chairs
Bounce ball and shoot into bucket/box

The possibilities are endless

OPTION 2
Place variations cards face down in front of each team.
The scout picks up the card and must use the method described.
The card is returned to the pile face down.
